FlatIrons Subaru made it happen with Lars' help and persistence in getting the exact vehicle we wanted at a fair price. Lars was a delight to work with, answering all our questions (many emails and text, being patient with us throughout) and very knowledgeable about the Outback (educating us about the many features), while enjoying a salesman's humor (not the usual case when purchasing a new vehicle). They will push expensive needless repairs on you! I took my car in because it was making a clicking sound in the front. The service department told me they would have to pull my engine and tinker with I took my car in because it was making a clicking sound in the front. The service department told me they would have to pull my engine and tinker with it to figure out what was wrong. They said it would cost $6000+ .. basically a new engine! My car is only 5 years old and Subaru is a reliable brand. They also said they did an oil change and replaced the oil filter and fixed my tires so the tire pressure light went off. After the oil change, I took my car to an independent service place. They said there was nothing wrong with the engine, just needed an oil change! They said Subaru did NOT actually put in fresh oil (even thought they charged me for it). At any rate, after an oil change and some additive, my car is running fine and silent. Shame on you Subaru for lying and ripping me off! More
