Xavier promptly replied to all of my emails prior to visiting, and he even had the cars I was interested in ready to go when I arrived. While the car I had my eye on had been sold the day before, Xavier made sure I had plenty of other options to look at. He was extremely friendly & informative during the test drives, he helped me negotiate with the car insurance companies to get the best price, & he even let my roommate & I mark all of the nicks & dings in the car for repair before leaving! Since I was unable to drive my car home that day, Xavier sent me off with a (gas-filled) loaner to drive until my car was ready. Additionally, Shay in financing was so sweet & helpful. She pulled my highest credit score to get me the lowest APR% and took the time to explain all of my warranty options, all while showing genuine compassion for me.
