Flatirons Subaru is THE place to go to buy your next Subaru! We live in WA State, and our daughter lives in CO. She was unfortunately in an auto accident early one morning. She was hit in the rear en Subaru! We live in WA State, and our daughter lives in CO. She was unfortunately in an auto accident early one morning. She was hit in the rear end of the passenger side of the car, which caused her to be catapulted into a large tree. Needless to say our beloved 2013 Blubaru was totaled. We LOVED our Blubaru, but the car loved our daughter back by giving of itself in protecting her fully with all airbags going off, protected her from any head trauma, and she only has some minor injuries of which she will fully recuperate from. Things might have turned out differently had it been a different car. We needed to replace Blubaru and knew it would only be with another Subaru Outback. After asking around (since we were new in town and didn’t know where to go) we went to highly recommended Flatiron Subaru in Boulder, CO. and are SO happy we did! Not only were we given our own time to look over the cars in the lot, but when we met salesman Luciano Laurita, we knew we were in good hands. Luciano heard our story and we shared with him our budget, what we were looking for and Luciano stepped up quickly to help us find a car that met our needs. I mean he was quick! In minutes he had us heading to a car on the lot that met our needs. I (mom here) personally had bought a new Outback a few months earlier from a dealer in WA state. The experience was like night and day. In CO there were no back rooms where we had to sit through more sale tactics to add items to our strict budget like there were in WA. Everything we needed to know, was done at Luciano’s desk. There was no pressure to upgrade to a different model…there was no pressure at all. We asked for a few add-ons, done with no issues, no pressure to add on more than we wanted. What stuck me the most was that Flatiron Subaru worked with our daughter to get this car in her name under her credit. They made a huge difference in her life, by being the first ones to allow our daughter to step out on her own. Flatiron Subaru and Luciano Laurita made the difference for her later in life when it will come to buying her first house, as they said yes to her now, helping others to say yes to her later in her life when she may need a larger purchase. Even the finance lady helped us out with our daughter’s questions about the loan, and how the loan process works. She made us all at ease when completing the final paperwork. I can’t tell you how easy it was to work with Flatiron Subaru and Luciano Laurita. We have purchased three Subaru’s in the past in WA state, and I would not hesitate to buy another Subaru when the time comes from Flatiron Subaru and Luciano Laurita. It truly is THE place to go when buying a Subaru…or shall we say our new friend “Greenie”. 😊 More
