When I ready to go to the Finance Department, despite the good things Kyle told me, I was pretty nervous based on previous experiences I've had with that portion of the process. But again, was so pleasantly surprised Shae was incredibly kind, too! She had everything ready for me and it all went so quickly. She and Kyle were both so excited for me. I had an appointment at 9:45AM for an oil change and brake pads, it's almost 1pm and I am still waiting for my vehicle.
