My experience with Serena was amazing from start to finish. I was in search for a vehicle that would safely get me to and from Blackhawk every day. Of all the dealerships I reached out to, Serena was b finish. I was in search for a vehicle that would safely get me to and from Blackhawk every day. Of all the dealerships I reached out to, Serena was by far the friendliest and easiest to work with. She ran through all the options they had since the particular car I wanted wasn’t available on the lot. She kept in contact with me throughout the past two months when my car was being made for me. She walked me through all the financial process as well as the insurance and registration process as well. She was the friendliest car salesperson I’ve ever dealt with. I came for an oil change and met Rachel as my service manager. She was prompt in getting me checked in, and when the oil change was complete she notified me that a brake light bulb was out, so I had that manager.
