Robert, I was disappointed in our response to your recent visit for the first oil change service ,and inspection on 7/2, I am so sorry for the inconvenience . We should be better about details when setting the appointment, as well as more accommodating when we make an error setting an appointment, so that your visit can be efficient as possible. I apologize again for the failures that occurred in these processes. I am open to getting your vehicle back in for the seat concern as soon as possible. Please let me know what date and time would be best. We can provide a loaner vehicle for the time your vehicle is here if needed. We also have a shuttle service as well. Ryan, respectfully, your apology means nothing. A credit towards a future service visit would have been appropriate. Not only was your agent incompetent, but I questioned her scheduling me for an Express visit and she did not relent. As we discussed by phone, I live in Denver, so a shuttle is a waste of time, just like scheduling a special trip to Boulder just for the headrest issue. So, sadly, I have to wait until my next service visit.
