The dealership is clean, comfortably spaced with covid precautions in mind, and has a friendly staff. Very pleased with the no-pressure sales experience we had at Subaru over the weekend with Mark. We have purchased 3 cars from Flatirons Subaru over the past 5 years and have been very happy. The most recent purchase was due to 36 week pregnant wife being rear ended in her 2020 Crosstrek at a red ligh past 5 years and have been very happy. The most recent purchase was due to 36 week pregnant wife being rear ended in her 2020 Crosstrek at a red light. Fortunately everyone involved was fine but her car was totaled. It did its job in the accident. Purchasing a car 3 weeks before having a baby and dealing with insurance/layers etc was the last thing we wanted to deal with. Kyle Hoffman went above and beyond to get us the car that we wanted in a timely manner. Kyle was incredibly thorough and had excellent communication. He made the process of getting the car as simple and quick as possible, even during a time when inventory was very low due to CoVid. We will certainly continue to purchase our vehicles from Flatirons Subaru and I hope that we have the chance to work with Kyle again! More
After both of my daughters have been happy and proud subie owners, I joined the club. While I don't think its a law that you must own one if you live in Colorado, it sure does seem like a good idea. I rode my bike to flatirons Subaru, a bit sweaty just to check out the situation. James Wells welcomed me to the dealership, asked his associate to watch my bike (who she seemed eager to help) and offered me some water and a seat at his desk. He was friendly, engaging and asked me about what I was looking for. I said, just looking around. A month later, I called him and said, let's talk about options, prices, availability, etc. BTW, James often replied to my many inquiries on his days off, from the mountains. After I apologized for bothering him on his days off, he said, "Its no bother at all I want you to have the information you need, reach out any time". Apparently, he meant it as after he walked me through all the cool functionality of my new Outback, he again offered, "Call me any time if you have any questions about your new car or anything else. I don't ever write reviews (okay, hardly ever), but James could not be a better ambassador of the Subaru brand experience....customer first, friendly experience and happiness to at this customer. BTW, I got some great tips on bike racks and trails around Boulder. Couldn't be happier with my decision and the total experience, certainly reinforced my decision. Thanks James! More
