We've recently moved to the area and had not established a relationship with a mechanic or dealership yet. We were told by a nearby mechanic that the transmission on our car went out. The timing was stressful for us as our young grandchildren were arriving to stay with us for 3 weeks and we needed reliable transportation. He referred us to Flatirons for a second opinion. We called Kyle and explained our situation. He got the car into the service department the same day, confirmed the transmission failure and helped us purchase a new car. The service department was thorough in explaining what they found and our options going forward. Flatirons had a total of 3 outbacks. Kyle was very patient with us as we thought through options and financing and referred us to Ian, who also provided stellar service. They were also respectful of our wishes to wear masks for covid precautions. More

We have purchased 3 cars from Flatirons Subaru over the past 5 years and have been very happy. The most recent purchase was due to 36 week pregnant wife being rear ended in her 2020 Crosstrek at a red ligh past 5 years and have been very happy. It did its job in the accident. Purchasing a car 3 weeks before having a baby and dealing with insurance/layers etc was the last thing we wanted to deal with. Kyle Hoffman went above and beyond to get us the car that we wanted in a timely manner. Kyle was incredibly thorough and had excellent communication. He made the process of getting the car as simple and quick as possible, even during a time when inventory was very low due to CoVid. We will certainly continue to purchase our vehicles from Flatirons Subaru and I hope that we have the chance to work with Kyle again! More
