I visited a couple of other Subaru dealerships in the area, and I left each feeling uneasy and more anxious. I finally felt confident in my decisions once I came to Flatirons Subaru. Travus walked me through all the options when ordering my new car, and really took his time to make sure I understood all the different pricing, pros and cons, etc. I never felt rushed, or pushed to upgrade any of my decisions. All the pricing seemed very fair (and it was a better deal than at the other dealerships). Travus kept me updated via text on the status of my car, and let me know when it arrived. He then sat down with me for HOURS, going over all the payment/service options, and showing me how to use the car (which I really appreciated, having driven a 2002 up to this point). Travus was able to take a lot of my anxieties about purchasing a new car/making big decisions, and turn them into feelings of excitement! Never once did I feel taken advantage of as a first-time car buyer. I can't recommend Travus and Flatirons Subaru enough! More
