Kept the car a couple of days to recreate the sound it made on a cold start, and then replaced what was needed under warranty and without any issues. No run-arounds, unnecessarily delaying, or resisting. Flagship Motorcars and Renan are definitely winning my business. May 2021 update: another interaction with Flagship Motorcars and with Renan, and another excellent experience to report. Went in for a faulty TPMS sensor covered under warranty: timely service, smooth interaction, clean and well stocked wait area (as usual)...but the most important attribute is the transparency in dealing that I get from Renan and the team.
