Poor service experience. I was there for an A service on a car that has less than 10,000 miles. I was told “realistically” I should expect the service to take 1.5 hours, so I I was there for an A service on a car that has less than 10,000 miles. I was told “realistically” I should expect the service to take 1.5 hours, so I decided to wait. I was there 3.5 hours, even though no extra work was done. I know from the MB app that it was an hour before my car was taken in for service, and at least 45 minutes after the service was completed before it was returned to me. At no point did anyone communicate with me about the delay, or explain it. I also had a bad sales experience at this dealership. It is unlike the other MB dealers I have used in other states. Very disappointing. More

I warn everyone to please stay away from this location for service. If you absolutely have to go here, I would avoid working with both Nathan Haugh and Mike Hannafin. They treated both me and my father wi for service. If you absolutely have to go here, I would avoid working with both Nathan Haugh and Mike Hannafin. They treated both me and my father with very little respect and when they did not get their way, they became vulgar and belittling. Mercedes Benz was fixing my dad’s van and it’s been in and out of their repair shop for the past year. They tried fixing it for the first time last summer then returned it to us but when we got it, the issue was still there. It was a weird noise with the engine when you start. Anyways we brought it back, they tried to fix it again, returned, same issue. Then again this last time. This last time was 4 months. They said the issue has been fixed but when my dad went to pick it up, he still heard the noise and wanted to keep it there until they figured it out. They said there's nothing else they can do and won’t fix it further even though it’s under warranty. They also noted that because the car was old and essentially worthless, they believe "that's just the way it will sound". This is something I heard for the first time after a year of repairs. When they were fixing it, they gave us a loaner car. They didn't want to make any more fixes on my dad's van and demanded that we returned the loaner car back. At this point, we were in contact with Mercedes headquarters who said they would get back to us within the next few days regarding this issue. Nathan and Mike didn't care. They basically called a few days later and said that if we don’t return the car within an hour, they would file a police report and say it has been stolen. I reached out to the police department and they said a police report was never filed. My dad then saw on the camera (since he wasn’t home) that they drove to our house, walked into our driveway and drove the car off. Since my dad owns a small business, it is crucial that he has a van to be able to work. We picked up the van the same day however within the next few days, the check engine light went off. We are now searching for a new van. I am creating this post to share awareness and visibility so that no one else has to experience what we went through. I have documented this entire journey and I am more than happy to share any additional details with anyone who's interested. More
