There was a problem with my smart car sun roof. The first I came up they did not have the part in stock so we scheduled another appointment. Teresa was very nice and took care of the issue she had remembere I came up they did not have the part in stock so we scheduled another appointment. I had an issue with the driver's side seat heater causing the seat to catch on fire. When I took the car to the dealership, I was treated professionally and although the car was beyong warranty there was no the seat to catch on fire.
