Al Swirka is a credit to the Herb Chambers organization. He has been my service advisor since 1998. Over & over again, he has been a steady, calm gentleman, with clients that are somtimes . . . not very considerate. I highly recommend Al & the entire team at Flagship - sometimes, service clients can feel like "the joke's on them" (candid camera, etc) - while Al is the first to crack a good humored joke - he is constantly striving to provide stellar advice & service to his clients - and get their car fixed properly, safely at a very reasonable expense.
