I am the owner of a 2011 Mercedes Benz 350 E Class sedan which I have bought from Flagship Motorcars. When I was shopping for my first Benz, I was introduced to Steve Schepici who then worked at Mercedes B which I have bought from Flagship Motorcars. After negotiating with Steve, I purchased a 2009 ML which I enjoyed prior to trading it in for my current vehicle. After Steve left Somerville and transferred to Lynnfield, it was an easy decision to follow him. When I was in the market, I bought my 2nd Mercedes from Steve because of his attention to detail and his level of quality service. There is no doubt when I am ready for my next purchase, I will purchase from Steve. I recently brought my car in for service. I was approached by Steven Bergeron who assisted me with my issues. I have to tell you that I was thoroughly impressed with Steve’s professionalism and his genuine care to ensure that my service appointment went flawless as possible. Herb Chambers Motorcars is as successful as it is due to the quality of professional employees like Steve S., Steve B. and the rest of the team. They keep customers like me constantly returning. More

Don't know were to begin. Can't thank Grace and Al enough. I hit a huge pot hole and blew out two tires. I called Flagship and spoke to Grace. She immediately sent Roadside assistance to me( I don't remember this gentlemen's name but he was also awesome!) I was taken to Flagship as my car had to be towed to the dealership. I was treated like a rockstar. Grace arranged the tow and Rental Car. Al handled my tires. He was nothing but a gentlemen. You will not be disappointed having your car serviced here. It was a late and wet evening in October 2013, and I was preparing to leave from an appointment. The 2010 GLK 350 we owned at the time would not start. We called AAA at first, being that we have been member preparing to leave from an appointment. The 2010 GLK 350 we owned at the time would not start. We called AAA at first, being that we have been members for many years, and was let down by their roadside service being a no-show after 2 hours. I then called Mercedes-Benz roadside assistance and they had a Flagship Motors service technician call within moments and he was on scene in 20 minutes. He assessed the car, jump started it and everything seemed to check out okay at that time. I thanked him, drove the car home and let it run to charge the battery for about an hour. The next morning the car wouldn't start again. I called Flagship Motors and spoke with Service Advisor Courtney Milano who then sent a loaner car (2014 GLK350), and a flatbed tow truck directly to my house in less than two hours. Courtney called shortly after they picked up my car to let me know that the problem was likely a bad battery. It had been in the back of my mind to trade in and get a new car, and I decided now was the time to do it. Courtney then recommended a sales representative. There was some miscommunication between the sales representative and I during the transaction. At which time, I called Courtney again to vent my frustrations. She listened very well, had a solution, and she went above and beyond her service duties to ensure that the sales transaction went smoothly for me. Courtney displayed tremendous customer service skills, decisive and effective communication abilities and a positive supportive attitude throughout the entire experience. She communicated with me through every step. I will be buying another Mercedes this spring and out of the many, many Mercedes Dealerships available in the area, I would be honored to deal with Courtney again. She is excellent with service, and she would be absolutely amazing in sales. Thank you Flagship Motors for employing Courtney Milano. She gave me enough confidence in your organization to continue being a Flagship customer. More

Headlight out ! No big deal, drop into the dealer, as few human hands can change the LH Low Beam on an E350 2011! On the way to turning into the dealer, a truck drops a bag with paint cans (latex) in a "taupe beige" {as my wife pointed out} and painted the passenger side of our silver MB. Greeted by Nathan Haugh as if I was a lost friend. Gathered his team, they removed the paint, cleaned the car for a great price and replaced headlight bulb under warranty. "While you are here, I see you have a service coming up and a recommended transmission oil change. I have one of my best guys here (on a Saturday!) and he is available. We can get this done while you are here and have you on your way by 5:00". We also were going to look at a new GLK and run some errands. While we were looking at the GLK, he pulled up a GLK loaner car and had a brochure on the front seat. We got our errands run, paint removed, maintenance done and drove home knowing where we would buy our next Mercedes Benz! What would have been a warranty low beam bulb turned into a great experience and a revenue item for the dealer, all because Nathan really cared and treated us very well. Thank you to Nathan and his team. Great job ..... but not surprising at this dealership! More
