Purchased 2 new tires at a Mercedes dealership in NH on 02/13/24 for $1100. A few weeks later, one of them blew and left me stranded with a flat. I called roadside services and had the car towed to Flagshi 02/13/24 for $1100. A few weeks later, one of them blew and left me stranded with a flat. I called roadside services and had the car towed to Flagship Mercedes in Lynnfield as it was the closest dealer to where I was stuck. When I arrived, they told me they could install a new tire but I would have to pay for it if I could not provide a receipt proving that I had just purchased at the other dealership. I was shocked that the staff was not going to reach out to the NH dealer and insisted that I go there, get a copy, and bring back to Lynnfield Ma. Only then could a refund be issued for "some" of the cost for the replacement tire. Now it has been a month since and still no refund has been issued. I have the receipt in my possession but have no intention of driving 70 miles to Lynnfield to give to the dealer. It is not right that one Mercedes dealer cannot simply pick up the phone and call another dealer for a simple receipt request. Not one employee I interacted with showed any sympathy for my situation or made any attempt to rectify. Currently, I am $1,500 into 2 tires. To top it off, when I picked up the car, it had low tire pressure in the tire that was replaced... Even the installation was not properly completed. I will not be returning to Flagship Mercedes in Lynnfield for any reason. It has by far been the worst and only poor experience I have had with a Mercedes dealership. More
