Don't know were to begin. Can't thank Grace and Al enough. I hit a huge pot hole and blew out two tires. I called Flagship and spoke to Grace. She immediately sent Roadside assistance to me( I do Al enough. I hit a huge pot hole and blew out two tires. I called Flagship and spoke to Grace. She immediately sent Roadside assistance to me( I don't remember this gentlemen's name but he was also awesome!) I was taken to Flagship as my car had to be towed to the dealership. I was treated like a rockstar. Grace arranged the tow and Rental Car. Al handled my tires. He was nothing but a gentlemen. You will not be disappointed having your car serviced here.
