The entire service rep staff is top notch. Grace was the service rep on my first purchase from Flagship. You get treated with the same respect whether your ordering a 57.97 part, having your car serviced or purchasing a new Mercedes. On the way to work my wife experienced one of those "New England potholes" and was stranded roadside 56 miles from the dealership with one call to Nathan Haugh in service she was all set, he offered to have a loaner car brought to her location and had a truck to her in 35 min. the car was delivered to the dealership and fixed that day, during this process she received two phone calls as well as two text updates on the tow trucks ETA, and making sure she was all set. Empathy and genuine caring can't be taught in a classroom or seminar, this Dealership and the people who represent it are by far the best. in the business. More
