As usual another great and smooth experience with the service dept at Flagship Motors. Brought my wifes car in for a problem with the radio and nav , was greeted by valets practicing social distancing . service dept at Flagship Motors. Brought my wifes car in for a problem with the radio and nav , was greeted by valets practicing social distancing . I was directed to Steve Lopes who took care of me above and beyond. Kept me posted on the progress of the car , informed me car was covered by CPO warranty , and got all done in less than 2 hours. Hats off to Steve and his techs that diagnosed and fixed the problem with ease. Thanks to all from the valets , to Steve , to the techs and the car wash . I've owned and driven MB vehicles for sometime now. Needless to say there's maintenance required from time to time. I've purchased and repaired my vehicles in multiple locations. Since coming to Flags Needless to say there's maintenance required from time to time. I've purchased and repaired my vehicles in multiple locations. Since coming to Flagship Motorcars in Lynnfield I had worked with various team members in the Service area. Truth be told in my opinion not always the best customer service experience, but always got the job done. However, before deciding to leave and go elsewhere I mentioned my concerns to Nathan. He took my concerns seriously and requested I contact him whenever needing service in the future. I'm happy to report Nathan has been a blessing. He's easy to work with, very efficient, and he's honest. Last but not least he's extremely customer oriented. Flagship is lucky to have him on staff. More
