Took my sprinter van to flagship for a check engine light. Christopher was great though the whole process, and everyone at the facility was genuine. Christopher provided great communication throughout the entire day. The service department identified the issue and fixed the problem all in the same day. This is now my preferred maintenance shop for my sprinter. More
