I want to rescind my first review on Karl and my experience with Flagship motors. I did my review before I received my car. I asked three times to see the service report that was done to the car. Was told the first time he would have to get it from the service dept. Second time I asked said he would make sure to get it when I brought the check in to buy car. Third time Karl delivered the car to my house and still didn't have the report and told me the service light was on and they must have forgot to reset it when they changed the oil. After he left that didn't sit to well with me. I made a appointment to have it looked at. Plus the information from the first owner was never erased from the cars data base and the car would all ways welcome the first owner. Come to find out the car had the rims fixed the hood had a dent repair and repaint along with the front bumper. Repaint was also done to the rear bumper. They did replace all four tires on the car. If I saw this report in the first place I never would have bought it. It looked to me as thou the first owner abused the car because it was a lease. When I called them on it they did offer to buy it back, But I would have to file papers to get the money back on what I paid in tax's that would take three to six weeks to get it refunded. One month later I traded the car in and got a great deal on a new 2022 BMW Z4 from a dealer in Nashua N.H. I will not a buy any cars from Flagship based on my experience. Mike L.
