I was on my way (almost 2 hours away) to purchase a car I had searched for. Kept in contact and told sales women I was purchasing, and I am on my way. Had been communicating for 4 days.(exchange of person phone numbers) Check in hand excited to finally find the color I was searching for...excited... I get there and walk in the main lobby...the sales woman came out and put her hands up asking me "didn't you get my text."? I said I was driving in the pouring rain. What text? Put her hands up and said "it's sold, sorry". Could have cared less!! The buyers were here 30 minutes ago and they already left. If I wasn't serious why would I have gone back and forth and exchanged phone numbers. Knowing my circumstances, don't you think it would have been important to mention that others are on their way to purchase? Maybe the others could wait for a half hour. Wouldn't it have been considerate if she even called and told us the circumstances and NOT text knowing the weather and distance? I have never seen unprofessionalism like this. I feel that this story should be shared to all who are considering purchasing a vehicle at this place. More
EE couldn’t solve my problem. Told me he was a ‘nobody’ at the dealership and that I should probably go talk to the manager. MB has great promises mad but….. More

I came in to look at a 2020 E class after eyeing it online for a week. When I got there Skip and Michael had a interesting talk about a car's value. which I agreed upon. Which led me to the finance off online for a week. When I got there Skip and Michael had a interesting talk about a car's value. which I agreed upon. Which led me to the finance office. Which is when I met with Awara he led me through all of my options and other goodies. I was almost done with all the paper work when a rush of regret came over me. Awara at no point pushed me into finishing the sale while he did try to cheer me up with personal stories I knew that this was not the car that I was envisioning myself in. I felt horrible for wasting everyone time and while they probably had anger towards me (I know I would have) They did not show an ounce of it and kept professional and thoughtful the whole time. One of the best experiences I've had at a dealer ship (I don't think most people would say that when they back from a deal). When I find the car that calls out to me I will make sure to purchase it from here. More
Just had my A service at Flagship Motorcars and as usual it was efficient and thorough. Renan greeted me at the door and smoothly guided me through the process.
