This was my first visit to the Flagship they came highly recommended from a friend that use to use the dealership I/we just left. The staff was knowledgeable and helpful and I found it to be very enjoyable recommended from a friend that use to use the dealership I/we just left. I was unable to stay and wait for my vehicle to be serviced due to my hectic work schedule and they gladly set me up with a loaner to accommodate. I would highly recommend this dealership over other Mercedes dealerships in the Boston area. More

Purchased a pre-owned vehcile from Flagship Motorcars and had a great experience at every level. Great selection via the web, chose a vehicle from another Herb Chambers Dealership which was brought to the L had a great experience at every level. All of the employees were helpful, friendly and patient throughout the process. Truly a first class feeling from the moment you enter and for me has continued for the year that I've had my car. No detail is overlooked and a high level of customer service from the sales, business and service departments. I give this dealership my highest recommendation. More

I have bought a R500, S500, S550 4 matic, a G55, and ML350, and several other cars from Herb Hi : I am an unforunate victim of HerbChambers empire. I have bought a R500, S500, S550 4 matic, a G55, and ML350, and several other cars from Herb chambers of Lynnfiled. The servicve department is at best useless. I took my G55 for service, I paid the bill, When I went to pick up the car the dash board was ripped , and all the mechanics trash was still inside the car, car was a mess in the interior. The never washed the cars after service for me. Then I looked the web to find out Nattick dealership is also taken over by Herb. I am more than mad. I should look for a dealer who is not Herb, who can deliver good service. I am fed up with Herb . I am sending this to you as I cannot find the e mail of your customer service head if there is any such person. I am tired of complaining, Mike Hanafin acts like he is a loard . This incedent happened on 10/22/07. Forward this to Herb Chambers , and all in the enterprise. I am determined to find a way to rectify this kind of wrong done to me by Flagship of Lynnfield. You know how to contact JDPowell , who is the state agency that deal with these . TV people , who will get me action. I am more than angry frustrated and humiliated.
