This was my very first experience at a Mercedes dealership. I have always gone to Herb Chambers dealerships since they are known for the BEST service. This dealership was exactly what I expected it to be...beautiful, clean, and service oriented. I also had the pleasure of working with Ken Julian. He was exceptional! Ken took his time to go over all my options and helped me to stay within my price range. I was very impressed by his knowledge of the vehicles and his ability to make me feel comfortable by answering all my questions. I highly recommend if you’re in the market for a Mercedes to ask for Ken Julian because he not only is genuine, but he made buying a car an enjoyable experience. More
Tai is very easy to work with and has called to check in on us a few times. The dealership is lucky to have him on their team. I was debating on whether or not to write about my experience as I do not want it to seem as if it was all negative however my overall experience was just OK. To start there was one mix up during the negotiation process of trading in my vehicle. This was at no fault of Tai’s. However it went from me knowing I was going to purchase my new vehicle right then and there versus needing additional time to think it over. I love my car but this just killed the experience for me all together. To add to the pressure the interest rate on a pre-owned vehicle at the time was running out at the end of the month and I was told it was the first time MB had offered such a low interest rate. However right now I am seeing the rate being offered at 3% lower than what I was locked into in February. Looks like I will be shopping for a new rate now. Additionally when it came time to have to register my car I was told I was not able to do this on my own and I had to pay $200 for a runner to do it for me the following day. I thought OK fine one less thing for me to have to do. However while I was signing the paperwork I was then asked to write out two blank checks for my car to be registered. I would imagine this is a bit unusual but they said their “check writing” person will not be in the following day so they needed the checks from me. I feel at that point I should have been able to register the vehicle myself as writing out blank checks is not something I was comfortable doing. I was told that this was company policy so basically I had no choice to write out the blank checks and pay $200 for a runner to do it. Once I picked up my vehicle I was contacted by a few different customer service reps by email and phone. When I tried to explain I had a question about a noise my car stereo was making the person I was speaking to told me she was not my “contact” customer service person and that I would need to call her when she was back in the office. OK fine, I did and that customer service rep said she was not my customer service person either. Needless to say I had made some calls, left some messages and have not heard back. My husband and I are fans of MB and plan to buy other MB vehicles in the future. I just hope we have a better experience next time we spend this kind of money on a car. More

I am very pleased with my experience at Flagship Motors and especially with Stanley as a salesman. From the beginning he was polite, friendly and professional. When I returned to pick up my car he provided me with an overview, answered questions and was extremely patient with me. I felt very confident in my knowledge of the workings of my car when leaving. I was able to contact him regarding mats for the car and he, himself took me took me to parts and made sure I received courteous service and prompt service. I have received follow up calls to be sure I am happy and to check to see if there are any questions or concerns. I would highly recommend Flagship and Stanley to friends and family. More
I had a great experience at Flagship in Lynnfield. My dealer, Frank, was friendly, direct and honest. I had a some picky requests and he handled them all with a smile. Went to this dealer for a used 2005 Nissan 350Z 35th Anniversary Edition. Checked around Cars.com and Autotrader.com and found Herb Chambers' Smart Price was fair so I didn't try to negotiate. They did Anniversary Edition. Checked around Cars.com and Autotrader.com and found Herb Chambers' Smart Price was fair so I didn't try to negotiate. They did deduct additional $400 from the Smart Price due to the "internet coupon". I never had to present the coupon as that would seem stupid. But overall the price was pretty fair, if not a steal. Worked with Tai on the sales. Since I didn't need to negotiate, the transaction was pretty smooth. Tai was courteous and friendly. Answered all my questions and hooked me up with the Sirius radio. After that I moved to the Finance department and worked with Gil. Gil was pretty courteous too, but could be pushy in selling the extended warranty. No biggie, all dealers are like that. Walked out of the dealership within couple hours (including test drive). Picked up the car 3 days later. I am enjoying my car and this car-buying expensive so I would recommend Flagship Motors. More

I worked with Joh to get my wife an ML350 a year ago for Christmas, so I trusted the Herb Chambers name when looking for a Mercedes-Benz for myself. I worked with John Barber at the Lynfield Flagship Motorcars last May when I was looking into the possibility of getting an E Class. We couldn't make the financing work at that time. The dealership stayed in touch with me over the course of the past nine months with various inventory and options. Finally, last month, the 1.99% financing deal and a 2006 E Class that fit my needs came together. John Barber was great at working the deal to a successful outcome for all. I felt like my needs and concerns were met and that the Herb Chambers team (Jayme Middleton, Frank, Mark, and Joe) cared about making me a satisfied customer. I liked the sales team so much that I even brought my wife's car in for service at Flagship. I typically don't take my car to the dealership for service as I've had horrible experiences with that in the past. Very satisfied with this purchase at Flagship, and the car is exquisite. It was delivered in perfect condition. More
