I had visited a number of dealerships last month in search of a new car. However, as soon as I shopped at Flagship Motorcars of Lynnfield, I knew my search was over. From the people I talked to on the phone, to both my sales associate (Nick) and Gil in finance. Their customer service was outstanding as my sales associate even came to pick me up the day my new vehicle was ready. When we returned to the dealership, he took extra time to show me around and point out where I would bring the car if it needed to be serviced. He was also extremely knowledgable about my car and taught me many of the features that I wouldn't have known without reading the manual. Just an all around great car purchasing experience. Mr. Maliki provided a friendly, comfortable environment for reviewing the features of the automobile model I was interested in purchasing. He answered all my questions without hesitation and demonstrated the automobile’s functional capabilities with skill and ease. Furthermore, Mr. Maliki came into work on a planned day off so he could facilitate the paperwork associated with obtaining a required state inspection sticker. Customer service doesn’t get any better than that. More

This is my secont car(MB)in a year.My first car (certified MB} was great.I had an air compressor promblem 6 months ago.Take it for service,get a loaner car,go on with my business.A day later they c (certified MB} was great.I had an air compressor promblem 6 months ago.Take it for service,get a loaner car,go on with my business.A day later they call me car was ready.No charge,(under warrandy).Very pleasant experience.In February 2010 About ayear after i buy car,I am in for Regular cervice.They treet me so well that made me by my second car for( my dauhters).A month later a problem with the trunk bring us back to the dealer.Well they take care of that too.So the experience dealing with this dealership is outstanting!!!!Second to none.Exelent!!
