I have been a customer for a year and a half now (new to Mercedes). Although I live a lot closer to another Mercedes dealer, I will always continue to travel the extra 40 miles to come to Flagship. I met one of the mechanics ( Roman ) who has been with the company about 12 years, great guy, very knowledgeable about the Mercedes ca to deal with. Although he wasn't the person who worked on my car I felt very comfortable knowing people like Roman are around to assist if needed. I also deal with the same service consultant ( Erin Boraizia ) she is a real nice person also, very knwoledeable and very sincere, she takes pride in her work and it shows. I have found service at Flagship to be excellent. My car is under warranty so the pricing isn't an issue. Nick is my Service Advisor and is incredibly friendly and knowledgable. On the phone or in person her friendly and professional style is one where I know I will get results to fixing my auto service for accurate results. Her follow up to a descriptive mechanical or software issue sometimes in layman terms for better understanding or simple analogies helps one quickly with options to decide what to do. A great experience, the "certified" S class I bought from another dealer shook like a baby rattle since the day I got it and I didn't know that "you should be able to serve tea at 145 mph in the backseat" un another dealer shook like a baby rattle since the day I got it and I didn't know that "you should be able to serve tea at 145 mph in the backseat" until someone in sales at Flagship told me it wasn't normal. The sales guy picked up my car at the office and brought it to Flagship and I heard from Erin immediately that I had bent wheels. She handled the wheel insurance claim and I got the car back in a matter of hours and the car finally drives the way I thought it always should. A little extra attention to detail and I'm back in love with my car. More
