Jim was an absolute pleasure to deal with. He helped me with my first mercedes lease about 4 years ago and there was no question in my mind as to who I was going to for the second lease. I had actually decided to buy my car, but after Jim educated me and showed me all the bells and whistles of the new model, I euphorically decided to lease the 2011. Tai was also very responsive in the follow-up stages of the car purchase, working magic to have the car ready for us sooner than expected and making himself available, even on his day off and even after the sale had transpired to show me how to use all of the features. He has since responded to calls in a timely, friendly and helpful manner. It was truly a pleasure to meet him and work with him and we look forward to giving him our business again in the future. In July 2010 I decided to get the E350 2011 model. Often, Stanley Lariviere kept me informed about the progress of the car’s assembly and transportation. In contrast, two other sales people working for other Stanley Lariviere kept me informed about the progress of the car’s assembly and transportation. In contrast, two other sales people working for other dealers tried all sort of tactics to have me buy the 2010 model repudiating any major improvement in the coming 2011 model; when I refused to change my preference I have not heard from them again. Stanley took the time to walk me thru the Lynnfield facility which was indeed impressive (not a drop of oil on the shop’s floor) and introduced me to the personal with whom I will interact after the sale. He delivered the car to my home and gave me a thorough instruction of the car numerous features. I strongly recommend this dealership to any potential buyer! More

This is a dealership that we will normally not venture towards because they sell Mercedes cars, cars we can only dream of. But we went there because we saw a Toyota Highlander listed by them. We were very well received by the front office and got exceptional service from Stanley Lariviere! He was extremely patient with us, answering our questions and completely gracious when we pushed a little hard. He did not push back, did not argue with us, we completely felt in control of the purchase decision. It was just great. We left after test driving our car so we can visit all the ones on our list. We found ourselves coming back to Flagship although we saw another Highlander that was more attractive than the one Flagship had. Why? because of service! We thought we got a Mercedes Benz service although we were just buying a used 2004 Toyota. We are extremely happy with how Stanley and Gil (finance) and Tawander (may have butchered that) treated us.
