He searched for cars to fit my wants within my budget and found me a great car for a great price. The sales side of things was handled by Jim Estabrook, who was very friendly, professional, flexible with my work and availability schedule and was able to handle all our dealings over e-mail rather than phone, which is very important to me as I am rarely near the phone with enough free time to get into a conversation. Finally, once I had decided to purchase the car, Finance Manager Gil walked me through the available options, but without the high pressure tactics you hear about car dealers in general (I actually declined all of the available add-ons and we just moved on without any further ado). Now I have the car I wanted at a great price and the whole thing was as smooth as could be. Hats off to Mark & Jim especially for picking up the ball after my initial disappointment and making us all happy in the end. More
