This is a dealership that we will normally not venture towards because they sell Mercedes cars, cars we can only dream of. But we went there because we saw a Toyota Highlander listed by them. Our intimida towards because they sell Mercedes cars, cars we can only dream of. But we went there because we saw a Toyota Highlander listed by them. Our intimidation completely vanished! We were very well received by the front office and got exceptional service from Stanley Lariviere! He was extremely patient with us, answering our questions and completely gracious when we pushed a little hard. He did not push back, did not argue with us, we completely felt in control of the purchase decision. It was just great. We left after test driving our car so we can visit all the ones on our list. We found ourselves coming back to Flagship although we saw another Highlander that was more attractive than the one Flagship had. Why? because of service! We thought we got a Mercedes Benz service although we were just buying a used 2004 Toyota. We are extremely happy with how Stanley and Gil (finance) and Tawander (may have butchered that) treated us. We highly recommend Flagship Motorcars of Lynnfield and dont forget to ask for Stanley Lariviere, the dude is just amazing! More

I purchased a car in August and it was the best car buying experience I have ever encountered. My Sales person, Tai Maliki, was extremely professional, very customer focused and knows the car inside a buying experience I have ever encountered. He demonstrated a level of customer service no other car manufacturer or dealer offered. In fact weeks after I purchased the car I went back to ask questions. Nick was great with helping me learn about the GL550. He spent a lot of time with me, showed me all of the options and answered all of my questions. Never once did he act as an obnoxious salesperson. I have been a customer for a year and a half now (new to Mercedes). Although I live a lot closer to another Mercedes dealer, I will always continue to travel the extra 40 miles to come to Flagship.
