We spoke about what I was looking for. Julia went right to work to find a vehicle that would work within my monthly budget. I especially like her patience, as I had many questions. At my first visit, unfortunately, a deal could not be worked out since the lease programs offered at the time did not work for my budget. A few months later, the lease programs were much more aggressive. When I visited again, Julia was as attentive, courteous, and professional as the first time. She worked just as hard to make things work out and find me a vehicle that was in my budget. This time, we were able to make things work. I was pleasantly surprised once again when I came to pick up my vehicle where Julia met with me, and after completing all the paperwork, she spent ample time with me going thru my new C Class.
