Just good information and willing to go the extra mile to find out everything we wanted to know about the car we were interested in. He helped us sort through our options, then gave us plenty of time to consider what we wanted to do. And we couldn't be happier with our car - if you drove in it today you'd swear it was new, not 2 years old. The manager and finance manager were also efficient and helpful. We spoke about what I was looking for. Julia went right to work to find a vehicle that would work within my monthly budget. I especially like her patience, as I had many questions. At my first visit, unfortunately, a deal could not be worked out since the lease programs offered at the time did not work for my budget. A few months later, the lease programs were much more aggressive. When I visited again, Julia was as attentive, courteous, and professional as the first time. She worked just as hard to make things work out and find me a vehicle that was in my budget. This time, we were able to make things work. I was pleasantly surprised once again when I came to pick up my vehicle where Julia met with me, and after completing all the paperwork, she spent ample time with me going thru my new C Class.
