Darnell went above and beyond to deliver exceptional service. She went out of her way to get the VIN check completed, wait in a long line at the DMV to register our vehicle, and then deliver the ca service. I was able to purchase a car from this dealership within 24 hours. I had little time and the manager went out of his way to accommodate my busy schedule by sending a salesperson to my home to complete the 24 hours. When it came time to get my car, again the salesperson drove to my home, brought us our new car and gave us a tutorial. He even gave us his cell phone to call in case we still had questions. I have never had such a positive experience in purchasing a car. We could have gone with a dealership closer but we would not have had the same positive experience as we had with Flagship. I will be recommending them in the future. More
