Our salesman, Jared Kagunda, his managers Nick Ioannidis & Ken Julian, the Finance Manager, Gil Otero and Concierge's Suada Kolenovic & Elder Perez made us truly feel like family from the moment we walked into this beautiful dealership. Jared displayed the type of perseverance, professionalism and patience you would expect from a seasoned salesperson. His friendly demeanor and attention to detail were impeccable. Nick Ioannidis made an immediate impression on us. His grasp of the process of buying/leasing vehicles was rivaled only by his ability to connect with us on a personal level making us feel confident in our purchasing decisions. I only had a short time to replace one car and I went to all the competitors in the span of a few days. Skip was so helpful and easy to work in a way that stood out from the rest. He was not pushy and acted like someone trying to build a long-term relationship and not just a quick sale. This really one me over and I ended up deciding to replace both of my cars with a new Mercedes. Suada Kolenovic really sealed the deal when she walked both me and my wife over the features of our new cars. I think I will be coming back to this dealer for a long time to come. More

Was amazing kept bringing me car after car until I got the one I really wanted. She found it from out of state. What topped her service off was when i came to sign the paperwork, I needed starbucks she offered hers so i wouldn't have to go back out in the cold weather. I wouldn't offer my starbucks to anyone.😊 once my car was ready for pick up they had this wonder person Suada give me a tour of all the options that were new. She was so patient and her attention to detail about my vehicle was extra ordinary. Even took me on a quick test drive to show me how to work the self park feature on the car. The GM took time to make sure that I was happy with my purchase before running to a meeting. Now that's service. All my friends will be sent to Kari and flagship. Amazing place to purchase a vehicle.
