He's patient to explain everything very detailed. I negotiated with him on the price for more than a week but he was very patient and willing to help out. I recommend him to the people who want to buy a car but struggling with the price. I signed the contracted on the first day to trade in my car but my dad was satisfied with the price the second day I turned back to ask car back and they agreed. On the day I pick-up my new car Suada introduced me all of the features of the car and we also had a nice conversation. More

I am so happy with my new GLC300! Came into Flagship with intentions on just browsing their inventory. Darnell Caruso-Stewart moved me right the financial side of things making recommendations which helped me with my decisions. Finally Suada Kolenovic was on hand to deliver my new Mercedes. She explained all the features to my satisfaction and helped me set up Phone, Navigation and Audi. This part of the process was greatly appreciated. Love my car! Excellent customer service! Paige is the star of this review but that is because Ken Julian made it happen. When speaking with Ken he immediately sensed I really wanted the car I bought. So he made it happen, Paige drove the car to my home the next day. She was very polite, easy to speak with and very competent. Flagship Motors had a runner come to my office to complete paper work. I don't live or work on the North Shore mind you. The following Sunday I actually went to Lynnfield to pick up my car. Very impressive inventory to say the least. I didn't get a chance to see Paige or Ken that day but Suada and Nick were wonderful. I was treated to a surprise rose bouquet, just so lovely! I had visited another MB dealership the two cars I tested were dirty and the manager said he would bring in another car, time frame 5 days never heard from them again. Flagship had spot on service without that fake snobbery found at other high end car dealerships. Thanks Flagship More

I was ready to purchase and was not disappointed in the least. I had done my homework before I arrived about the specific cars and pricing. The transaction was a breeze on a rainy Sunday afternoon. No hard sell, very transparent, easy to obtain financing and all around probably the best car purchase transaction I've ever had, and that includes reasonable valuation for my trade in. From the moment we walked into Flagship Motorcars we looked at many vehicle options, test drove them, Mike explained all the features of each. When it came down to figuring out which vehicle was the best option to fit within my budget, Mike did very thorough research to present all my options and to see how we can work to get inside that financial box. We looked at many different options and Mike was incredibly patient throughout it all. I never felt rushed or pushed into anything. I truly felt like Mike had my best interest in mind through the whole process. Suada Kolenovic did an incredible job with the product concierge services. She explained ALL the intricate features and details of being a Mercedes-Benz owner. She went through the Mercedes Me app, demonstrated all features of the car, and patiently answered every question we had. Even after a few weeks of using the car, she is still enthusiastically answering all my questions. She has an incredible in-depth knowledge of all the features and how to maximize enjoyment of the vehicle.
