The service department is damaging the luxurious brand If you really want to be treated like a Mercedes benz customer please go somewhere else. The service department is horrible. I have brought my car for regular maintenance few times. Last time my car was hit and my window shield was broken. Not only I didn't get an apology but also the service manager "Michale" screamed at me in front of everyone. I was yelled at, humiliated and my car was not eventually serviced. I have tried to get in touch with the general manager Paul for few times. I complained to Mercedes benz USA and I'll keep complaining and doing everything in my power until I get the apology that I deserve. I do not want any compensation I only want an apology. I can't wait to return my lease to get BMW. This delearship truly damaged Mercedes Benz brand More

I just purchased a CPO S550 a Buying a used car used to be such a unpleasant experience, but my recent experience at Flagship was nothing of the sort. I just purchased a CPO S550 at a very good price compared to the half dozen other dealerships in our area. Phil, the salesman was professional, knowledgeable and friendly. He worked with his management to get me a very fair price for my trade in. Franco, from their concierge service, spent over an hour teaching me how to use all the computer controlled gadgets in the car. I would recommend Flagship to everyone. More
