The sales rep I worked with, Sean Bresnahan, was excellent. He is an asset to the company simply because he sets expectations with his clients and manages to them. He says what he’ll do and then he’ll do what he says. Sounds simple but it’s definitely not always the case, so, again, a big thank you to Sean as he was fast in responding and transparent throughout the entire process and was apologetic at times in which my experience was not great due to circumstances beyond his control. Now, as for the dealer, they were okay. Not terrible but certainly not exceptional either. Typical is a word I would use. Long story short, I purchased my vehicle on 7/8/18 and it was not delivered until 7/25/18. The first week was a wash; the registry in my state is horrible and takes forever to process paperwork. Apparently there was a “block” on my registration - not exactly sure why because I have no outstanding tickets, judgement, fines or anything like that and the last tax bill I received was October 2017 and was paid in full. Regardless, I called the town hall on Monday, 7/16/18, and they cleared my registration for me immediately without me having to pay anything in order to do so. Puzzling, but I’ll own that. I’ll say that’s on me. So, now it’s Monday the 16th and we should be good-to-go as far as I’m concerned. As of Tuesday, I was expecting the vehicle and did not receive it until a week and a day beyond my expectation. Again, Sean was great and apologetic and transparent and kept me in the loop the entire time; it just seemed as if the issue was with scheduling for both the registration runner and the transport company for the delivery. At times I was asking myself if I was being too critical on my timeline expectation while also understanding that my sale for their company was not setting any records either. With that being said, however, when you’re spending > $25k with a company and putting a good amount of cash down then the stakes are raised - point blank period. Even if the sale price was far less than what mine was it’s still a lot of money, and in the age of the customer experience, my result was typical and my salesperson was exemplary. More
