I just bought my second Mercedes from the same team. I bought my first Mercedes from Flagship Motorcars when I lived in MA. Julialisa Papagano, my salesperson, was fabulous. She was knowledgeable, never I bought my first Mercedes from Flagship Motorcars when I lived in MA. Julialisa Papagano, my salesperson, was fabulous. She was knowledgeable, never pushy, very funny and caring. The servicing was always impeccable. Alfred Aloisi was my service rep and I highly recommend him. Everyone was always friendly and helpful (with good snacks as well). I loved my car. I had no issues and thought I might try to keep it forever. I had the GLK 250 which was perfect for me but too small for family and friends. In the meantime we had moved to central New Hampshire. I decided to buy a larger Mercedes and could not imagine going anywhere else. I found Julialisa. She has an addition to her team named Suada Kolenovic. She & Julia work hand in hand and are a remarkable combination. They back each other up flawlessly and are a pleasure to do business with. I’ve had my new Mercedes for about 2 weeks and I plan on having it serviced at Flagship. More

Horrible Experience I had to get my car serviced for something broken in the car. So I had called them and I had driven down 40 miles to the dealership to get my car fixe I had to get my car serviced for something broken in the car. So I had called them and I had driven down 40 miles to the dealership to get my car fixed. The service consultant saw me and sent me back home because there was nobody to fix my car that day. He did not call me or contact me in any manner whatsoever beforehand, I had called him but it got sent to voicemail and he did not contact me back. When at the dealership, all the other customers were told when their car was ready but I had to periodically go back and ask him whether it was ready or not. He spoke to me from his desk and said it was and that it was outside. Other customers had their service consultant walk to them and led them outside. I have never been treated this way at a dealership let alone a Mercedes one, neither had any of my friends. They were appalled when they heard how xxxxty the customer service was at Flagship despite the fact that they eventually fixed the car (2 weeks later). I am now looking for another dealership to service my car. The way I was treated led me to assume that maybe it was because I was younger or that I was of a different ethnicity than the other customers that I was treated differently. Either way, I won't be returning for any more services from Flagship. More

Ripped off twice Blind spot monitor not working so I took my car in to get it fixed under warranty. The invoice clearly stated the problem was in the electronics assoc Blind spot monitor not working so I took my car in to get it fixed under warranty. The invoice clearly stated the problem was in the electronics associated with the monitor, which is covered under warranty, but Flagship refused to honor the warranty claiming that it was a problem with the glass in the right rear view mirror, not under warranty, and charged me $415. The only mention of glass in the invoice was that the tech had to replace the mirror glass because the faulty LED is apparently embedded in it. That was the second rip off from this dealership. At a prior service I had requested a tire rotation, (for which they charged me $60!) and then told me the tires were bad and needed replacement. They could have at least called me to let me know that the tires were bad and ask if I still wanted them rotated. In both instances I think my service advisor, Al Swirka, wanted to do the right thing but was caught between me and the dealership. More
