Amazing Staff and Dealership I had been searching for a Certified Mercedes C300. Flagship Lynnfield had a great inventory, so we decided to take a ride and check them out. Paige w I had been searching for a Certified Mercedes C300. Flagship Lynnfield had a great inventory, so we decided to take a ride and check them out. Paige was recommended to me by one of my colleagues. She was extremely helpful before I arrived and while I was there. The car I was interested in sold before I was able to get there, as I expected it would because the pricing was fantastic. We found another car that was similar but it wasn't my first choice in color. So I didn't purchase, a few days later I received a hand-written letter in the mail from Paige thanking us for our visit. A very nice touch! I ended up going with a different brand but I will definitely be back in the future for my next vehicle!! Thanks again Paige for the great experience, this is the best Mercedes dealership in the country as far as we are concerned. More

Mercedes of Manchester would have been much more convenient for our car buying needs but they do not compare to Flagship! It’s wirth the trip to Lynnfield! More

Easy Buying Experience Phil was great, and easy to work with. Between choosing a vehicle, test driving and the standard purchase paperwork we were done in less than 3 hrs. I can't say enough wonderful things about him I have been leasing Mercedes-Benz over 10 years and I know the car very well so I told Phil that I wanted to focus on the payment. He totally understood my concern and very patient with my needs. I was very glad that he never wasted time recommending more than I wanted. He was extremely professional, knowledgeable and excellent in communicating with me every step of the way. He was very friendly so I felt that I was happily shopping at a luxury boutique rather than buying a car full of stress, Thanks to Phil's great efforts I leased a wonderful car with a wonderful price. He was willing to do anything to make me happy. I have seen a lot of service representatives buying and leasing cars over 10 years. I can say Phil is the best of all.
