RAMON ESTEBAN - arrogant rude General Sales Manager I purchased my car from this dealer. Mind, the car was over $60,000 and I ended up buying it because I really like the car itself and it is very diffi I purchased my car from this dealer. Mind, the car was over $60,000 and I ended up buying it because I really like the car itself and it is very difficult to find that car. Otherwise I would never spend a dollar at this place solely because of the General Sales Manager - RAMON ESTEBAN! This person is extremely rude, impolite, arrogant and supercilious! It's a shame because the rest of the staff is very helpful and nice, but he kills it for everyone working there. After I bought a $60,000+ car, he kept on just looking at me and did not even say thank you or congratulations or something in that sense!!! Unbelievable.... On the other hand, Lena and Buck are very helpful and are willing to go way out of their way! More
