That's a bigger deal for me these days. I use restroom cleanliness as a great indicator as to how professional a place really is, these days. It may seem unrelated to anything but if you want my business and you want me to take you seriously as a professional, have a clean and fully functional restroom. If you take care of the details at the bottom of the list, you probably take care of the details at the top of the list too. That seemed to prove true at Five Star Toyota as EVERYTHING was organized, professional, and smooth. In fact, my wife and I agreed that this was the easiest car buying process we have ever had at a dealership. EVEN the finance department was up to date! About a year and a half ago we had purchased a truck in a different state and the finance department was still using a dot matrix printer to generate multi copy, non carbon, finance docs. Lol. Not a big thing but it makes you feel as though if the finance department can figure out how to use a tablet and a laser printer then service department might actually have tools from the 21st century. All that said, Five Star Toyota, Chance, and everyone else that helped us were fantastic! We will definitely be going here in the future. More

I worked with Anna for a few weeks trying to find the perfect vehicle for me, at first I wanted a gr86 but then I changed my mind and wanted a 4runner, I changed my mind a few more times and she was so p perfect vehicle for me, at first I wanted a gr86 but then I changed my mind and wanted a 4runner, I changed my mind a few more times and she was so patient helping me decide on something that really fitted my needs, I ended up getting a 2023 limited tundra with all the packages at a great price, I recommend going to Anna for a vehicle, I’ve spoken with other sales reps and they are great too but Anna really went the whole 9 yards to help me out. Everybody here is very friendly and they made the experience of buying a car comfortable since it can be stressful situation for other people. Thank you guys for all your hard work! More

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR/TRUCK TO THIS DEALER FOR SERVICE! The service manager needs a lesson on "Code of ethics"! I took my Tundra there because I knew it needed a battery and could have gone to Autozone who The service manager needs a lesson on "Code of ethics"! I took my Tundra there because I knew it needed a battery and could have gone to Autozone who installs a battery for free when you buy it from them. The check engine light was on and the traction control was off due to the check engine light being on. They service manager forces you to sign a document stating they are going to charge you for the diagnostic they will do to determine what is wrong with your car/truck. I received a call from my service advisor and she told me they needed to install a battery before they could do a diagnostic. Once they put the battery in she called me again and said a diagnostic didn't need to be run because all the lights were off and normal. She said it only needed the battery and I could pick it up. When I arrived she charged me for the battery, installation, and the diganostic for a total of $477 and change. The lifetime battery at Autozone just blocks away was $250 for the lifetime battery they offer with free installation. I am not complaining about the battery or the installation. My complaint is for charging me a $140 diagnostic fee that did not need to be done because all systems were good once a new battery was installed. When I was called about whether or not I was happy with my service, I said no and explained to the person calling why. She put me on hold and went to talk to the Service Manager and he said we charged you for a diagnostic that you authorized. Yes, I did sign the document they forced me to sign for them to look at my truck. Anyone with common sense (aparently the service advisor had it because she told me the diagnostic did not need to be done) would not have done a diagnostic because the vehicle did it for them. The Service Manager declined to talk with me or listen to my reason for behing unhappy about my service. I had advised the person they had doing the survey that I was considering a new vehicle and was new to the area and his decision would effect future decisions regarding that dealership. She returned from putting me on hold and told me that he said that a diagnostic was on my bill and I was charged for it...end of story and he would not consider anything else. I do not know about you but I have NEVER had an automobile service department that was lost for ethics like this one. I will never return to this dealer unless they make some serious changes to their people and policies! Go to Five Star Toyota at your won risk! This Service Manager is very short on ethics and his views of success. He got my money, however; the dealership loses long term on reputation, new car sales and Yes service revenue as well. BTW, I advised that I would be reviewing them on this transaction and the Service Manager did not care one bit. That is pretty telling isn't it? More

This is one of the best dealerships I have ever dealt with. They were able to quot a trade in value without seeing my car and increased my value after seeing it. I was looking for a low mileage 2008 Toyo with. They were able to quot a trade in value without seeing my car and increased my value after seeing it. I was looking for a low mileage 2008 Toyota Solara Last year they made it. I inquired via telephone and drove 100 miles to see the car. It was just as advertised and I bought it without even driving it. Felt no pressure whatsoever from my Sales lady or anyone else. I would do business with this dealer again. Dick McSpadden Royston, Georgia Only reason for 4 stars on price. I paid a higher price than I wanted too, but this is the only low mileage (57,000) Sonora I was able to find.. More
