Purchased a used 2013 Honda Crosstour from them back in February of 2021. Still enjoying my vehicle. I scheduled an oil change appointment and dropped my car off at the dealership. When I left the service guide on the dashboard in front of the driver so that they could validate the service. The technician did not fill out the service record or even change the "Next Service Due" reminder sticker on the windshield. I called the service department twice and left a message each time asking that the service manager return my call. I was told that the service manager was working today but this person clearly chose to ignore my call. I paid almost $100 for "Toyota Service" and have purchased three cars from this dealership. I did not know that their attention to detail and interest in their customers had evaporated. I recommend that you save almost half the money and get the top synthetic oil service at Walmart! More

He knows his inventory and available merchandise extremely well and I have found I can always trust his knowlegable recommendations.
