Complete satisfaction. I was immediately greeted in the service department. Besides an oil change and maintenance, I inquired about a paint color to touch up a tiny scratch I was immediately greeted in the service department. Besides an oil change and maintenance, I inquired about a paint color to touch up a tiny scratch which they had in stock. I always feel well taken care of concerning my Subaru due to the friendly, caring and professional staff . The waiting lounge is very comfortable. Consistently Great Service I've had my Subaru for over a year and each time I go in for maintenance and oil changes I am amazed at how well the service is. Not only is everyone I've had my Subaru for over a year and each time I go in for maintenance and oil changes I am amazed at how well the service is. Not only is everyone friendly but greet me at my car as I am getting out. They are always prepared and know exactly who I am and why I am there. It literally takes me less than a minute to check in every time. Check out is the same. They always explain everything they have done and I feel very informed and valued and never just a number. The follow up is great too. They always text me the next day to see how it all went. I can't say enough good things about their service and it's this way every time! More

New Rotors!!! I took my CrossTrek in for regular maintenance, and I also mentioned that I had been experiencing a noticeable front end wobble when braking at high s I took my CrossTrek in for regular maintenance, and I also mentioned that I had been experiencing a noticeable front end wobble when braking at high speeds. Turns out my rotors were warped. But rather than machining them, they went ahead and ordered and installed new ones since my car is only 14 months old. Great service w/ a loan car. More

Passenger window motor and regulator replaced Terrific service. I previously had the regulator replaced but the problem still existed. The repair was under warranty. I lost a ring under my driver seat and I asked that it not be vacuumed. He discussed other methods for me to try to get the ring out. More
