Passenger window motor and regulator replaced Terrific service. I previously had the regulator replaced but the problem still existed. The repair was under warranty. While he did not assist me today, Michael Dinh set up this appointment and ordered the parts. He has helped me on several occasions. I lost a ring under my driver seat and I asked that it not be vacuumed. He discussed other methods for me to try to get the ring out. More

Happy with my first visit. This was my first visit to the service center. License plate installed as well as inspection sticker and registration. Saw some of the people who sold us our vehicle, but don't think they remembered who we were. More
Great service I had a battery cable terminal break due to corrosion. Harrison greeted me and when I asked if this was a part I could buy or if the service departme I had a battery cable terminal break due to corrosion. Harrison greeted me and when I asked if this was a part I could buy or if the service department would have to replace it he took me to the parts department and said that was an easy fix. After getting the part which was only $12, he grabbed a tool and replaced it on the spot. Then he took me over and Roxxy helped me schedule more service work that was needing attention. Both were very friendly and I was in and out very quickly. Thank you for your help today !! More
Dedicated Team Service center is always on top of things, be it light maintenance to powertrain work. Parts department is also on top of their game, they can find parts even with the worst customer supplied description, and if it isn't in stock they'll have it in a week or less. The staff that assisted me, and have assisted me in the past, are absolutely fantastic, they are what made me a repeat customer. Five Star Subaru, take note! More

I had a question about the keyless entry system, and she ended up pairing my iPhone with the car, loading my contact information, showing me how to ask for a phone or text to be called. She also went over the map system, all at the touch of a button and oral instructions. She explained that I needed to leave my charger in the car all the time to access some of these services. Dee is sooooo patient and explains over again until I was able to "play" with the features. She is PHENOMENAL! I'm so technologically inept that it's pitiful. She doesn't make me feel like an idiot, and it's fun to talk, laugh, and sing with her. She's an absolute positive part of 5 Star. Unfortunately for her, I also ask for her first because I know that she relates to my inefficiency. Love her! More

This place is amazing, the staff is wonderful, everyone goes above and beyond. It’s a beautiful thing. Dee is an all-star, she went way out of her way to help me after I nicked the tinting on my brand new, amazing (car of my dreams) Impreza, even though she mostly does redelivery and PR, simply because I told her about and she cared. I can’t wait to come back in two weeks for my oil change (who says that?!.....Subaru owners do). More
