I took my CrossTrek in for regular maintenance, and I also mentioned that I had been experiencing a noticeable front end wobble when braking at high s I took my CrossTrek in for regular maintenance, and I also mentioned that I had been experiencing a noticeable front end wobble when braking at high speeds. Turns out my rotors were warped. But rather than machining them, they went ahead and ordered and installed new ones since my car is only 14 months old. Great service w/ a loan car. More

Passenger window motor and regulator replaced Terrific service. I previously had the regulator replaced but the problem still existed. The repair was under warranty. While he did not assist me today, Michael Dinh set up this appointment and ordered the parts. He has helped me on several occasions. I lost a ring under my driver seat and I asked that it not be vacuumed. He discussed other methods for me to try to get the ring out. More

Happy with my first visit. This was my first visit to the service center. License plate installed as well as inspection sticker and registration. Great service I had a battery cable terminal break due to corrosion. Harrison greeted me and when I asked if this was a part I could buy or if the service departme I had a battery cable terminal break due to corrosion. Harrison greeted me and when I asked if this was a part I could buy or if the service department would have to replace it he took me to the parts department and said that was an easy fix. After getting the part which was only $12, he grabbed a tool and replaced it on the spot. Then he took me over and Roxxy helped me schedule more service work that was needing attention. Both were very friendly and I was in and out very quickly. Thank you for your help today !! More
