I went to soooo many dealerships to try and find the right vehicle. Subaru of Grapevine was literally the best dealership I’ve ever gone to! A close friend of mine purchased their vehicle from the same right vehicle. Subaru of Grapevine was literally the best dealership I’ve ever gone to! A close friend of mine purchased their vehicle from the same place and told me, “You’ll never go to another dealership again once you’ve experienced that location.” He was right! The staff was the most courteous and helpful group I’ve ever had! Today I had my first maintenance appointment on my Forrester and again....extremely helpful the whole way through! And my vehicle was done in a flash!!! I HIGHLY recommend going to this location! More

Five Star Subaru in Grapevine routinely knocks it out of the park whenever I go for service there. I bought my current vehicle there and plan to but the next one there, too (although not this year). When I worked and had a much larger income, I drove Audi A6’s. One thing I like was how their dealerships were run. My Subaru may be less expensive but thought wouldn’t know that based on the dealership experience. If you want safety, all-wheel drive on regular gas, good mileage and a great dealer experience, I recommend Five Star Subaru of Grapevine! More
Had a warranty issue with my 2017 Legacy. John and Johnnie determined it was serious and could lead to engine damage if not corrected quickly. They worked me in 4 days earlier than the first open appointment time, set me up with a loaner, and updated me daily as promised. Car was ready a day early, warranty covered everything. Drop off and pick up was smooth and took less than 30 minutes total. Everyone was courteous and professional. I'll be back. More
