Easy And Prompt I contacted the service department for a possible leak in a tire on our new 2020 Subaru Ascent. I was in a sticky situation. Found a large bolt on my back tire on a Friday, and I needed my Subaru Ascent to get me and my family to the airport the next morning. I got the doughnut tire on so I could g back tire on a Friday, and I needed my Subaru Ascent to get me and my family to the airport the next morning. I got the doughnut tire on so I could get to the dealership, but wasn't able to get there until late Friday night after all the technicians had left for the weekend. I told them that I didn't feel comfortable driving my 3 young children to the airport on a spare tire (1st world problems, I know...), and the service department got me a loner until we could come home. I was so thankful, they really saved my butt! They always go the extra mile at this dealership. It’s so friendly, non-pressure, and transparent in every way. Plus, they sell some awesome cars!
