Brought my Subaru in for some warranty work. They had to order the part and it arrived in a few days. They called and let me know and we made an appointment. Brought vehicle in. I’m not from Texas but my car broke down here. Grapevine was the closest dealer so it’s where we chose. The service department was amazing and really took the time to figure out what was wrong, it was a wei was the closest dealer so it’s where we chose. They were able to keep the cost lower than expected and really helped me out! I appreciate all that they did and thankful, oh so thankful to have my car back!!! Johnnie took the time to explain and did his best to get my car back to me as soon as possible without charging me more than was needed, super trustworthy and very helpful and friendly! More

Impeccable service as always. Mike walked me through the details of my service and had me in a rental within a few minutes. While in the waiting area, Taylor made me feel right at home and showed me to the details of my service and had me in a rental within a few minutes. Dyson was my service technician. He did an absolutely wonderful job. We had a drip coming from the engine. They covered a warranty problem that I was not aware of which fixed the problem.
