Mike Ohanesian was a very nice guy to work with, he was friendly and courteous. I made an opportunistic stop to see if I could get a burned out headlight replaced. I really appreciated how the Subaru team seamlessly worked with each other to help me drop off my vehicle and get into a loaner vehicle and back on the road for an appt.
