When I finished my babbling, Sean, whose demeanor is both kind and confident responded, “ I understand. We’ll take care of this”. He told me what “this” was clearly and concisely. I happened to mention another issue, with no expectation it could be addressed. I was blown away when Sean indicated, the service clinicians could address that issue as well! In addition to their kindness, these service professionals have a comforting and highly competent presence. Sean and his team delivered, BIG TIME! I don’t know how Subaru identifies and hires their service professionals. They bring to the table an interactive style that cannot be trained. Then there is extensive training that is seemingly uniquely Subaru! More

As always I had a great service with the service department. I had gotten there early and they took me in and was very nice and helpful. I told my service person sorry didn't remember is name. Consistently delivered what they have promised.
