Disappointed. I bought my Subaru from this dealer 3 years ago. Each service has been done at the dealer. Though I have had to be the one to call for status of m I bought my Subaru from this dealer 3 years ago. Each service has been done at the dealer. Though I have had to be the one to call for status of maintenance is still rated them 5 stars when they robo-texted me. Yesterday 10/26 day morning I lowered the windows in my 2020 Ascent and the front two wouldn’t go back up. So I called the dealer for an appointment. The lady said first available day was 11/24. The best they could do is a month away. I spent time on the phone attempting to have her validate it was the only date. I had to hang up. I called another dealer and they got the car in instantly and are working on the repair today. I wonder if Sam Pack is aware of the service being provided in his name. More

Jonathan the service advisor and the technicians went above and beyond when they gave me recommendations for what else may be needed for my vehicle, answered questions about upcoming service I want to do. I'll definitely be back from getting anything from an oil change to new tires. More
