We chose to go with Five Star Hyundai because they gave us a good quote on our trade in and were close to where we live. There was a used Hyundai on their lot that had been listed online for a week or more. When we arrived at the dealership, the salesman we dealt with had a hard time finding the keys to the vehicle. Apparently this was a recurring problem for him. He spent a good half hour just looking for the keys. Then he informed us the car had not been cleaned since it had arrived. He spent another half hour trying to convince us to buy something else before he would let us test drive. After the test drive, I knew I wanted it. We had to wait around even longer while they appraised my vehicle, something that should have been started sooner. Negotiations only took a few moments before we settled on a decent price, not a great deal, but an average one. Then we sat around waiting even longer to sign the forms. Once they were signed, we had to wait again while they "cleaned" the car. They basically sprayed the outside down and squirted some Febreeze. The car was still a mess. I didn't really expect a miracle, but everyone at the dealership was talking about how "clean" it was and how good of a job their service department does. Maybe we have Extremely different definitions of "clean", but there was still dog hair, crumbs and dirt everywhere. All in all, it took us 4 hours to get done with the sale. Its been almost a month since we made the deal and they are still harassing us about forms THEY forgot to have us sign. We have already gone back to them three different times. Despite our trips back, the paperwork is STILL not done. I do not recommend this dealership at all. They are slow, inefficient and lack proper communication between all departments. More

Their service manager, Mike Heard, has provided me with the necessary services, based on the car's mileage, with since I purchased my car from them. Tried to over sell. May have given false info to the banks on how much I made. Was very high pressure and wanted me sign now when I said I had to leave and would come back. Did not want me to leave and said he could get me in my new car in 20 minutes! I had to leave and the finance person said he would call me with the bank's answer. While I was there a bank called me to verify my wages, which I thought was strange. I left and got no call. I called back a couple days later was was advised that the bank denied me. If I was denied, how was he making these offers to me and wanting me to signs quickly so he could get me in my car in 20 minutes? More
